Role and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive business growth for BBL through an excellent dealer network and key accounts, while ensuring customer satisfaction. The main duties include:
- Formulating a sales strategy with key accounts, OEM's, and channel partners in collaboration with the Regional Head - Sales & Marketing.
- Conducting client-specific research and interaction to develop an understanding of client needs and creating a pursuit plan for target customers.
- Monitoring and reviewing the achievement of sales plans on a monthly basis and making necessary revisions.
- Developing customized integrated service offerings for dealers.
- Assisting in the preparation of quotations and technical specifications for orders involving key account details.
- Providing training to dealers on negotiation with key account clients.
- Facilitating interactions between business unit heads to ensure an appropriate response to customer queries and needs.
- Ensuring timely collections and recoveries from clients as per contract specifications.
- Keeping abreast with industry developments, including emerging trends, competitor information, market share, and project execution capabilities.
- Identifying new regions and potential clients to drive business growth.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the motors industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key accounts and channel partners.
