Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, driving sales efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer requirements, offering suitable solutions, conducting product demonstrations, preparing sales proposals, and coordinating with the technical team to provide seamless service. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships and providing post-sales support when needed.

Qualifications

  • Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills
  • Technical Support and Communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proactive and customer-oriented approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Experience in the industrial equipment or chemical dosing industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
