Submit Daily call report to TSM/headManpower deployment in coordination with SC.Approve Warranty / CAMC Spares requests. And responsible for travel approval at 1 st levelVendor assessment./technical/safety audits of engineers/siteZero Hour complaint reporting and closingAttending severe complaints.Review Service reports, log readings from Chiller health point of view, and make recommendations.Create, maintain, and add Reference Sites.Visit to each branch in his Region: 3 days a month…. 1 Day for review, 2 days for courtesy visits.Recommend Evaluate channel partners after thoroughly analyzingEnsure and maximize leads generation through engineers and K connect.Submit call analyses report to QA/engineeringCall /participate in review meetings with engineering regularly and technical team.Report into TSM/Technical head/Delivery headEnsure safe working and Implementation of Ho policy from time to timeWarranty claims approvalInstallation and commissioning support to sales and technical support to sales teamJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹25, ₹60,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceProvident FundWork Location: In person
