Business Development Manager

- Identify and develop new markets, customer segments, and sales channels for UPVC and Eternia windows
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and dealers
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and applications through presentations and demos
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets and market share goals
- Source and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
- Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales
- Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
- Track sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategy
Requirements-
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in building materials or the fenestration industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
