  • Identify and develop new markets, customer segments, and sales channels for UPVC and Eternia windows
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and dealers
  • Educate clients on product features, benefits, and applications through presentations and demos
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets and market share goals
  • Source and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Track sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategy

Requirements-

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in building materials or the fenestration industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
