We are looking for a result-driven Key account manager to lead strategic client relationships and ensure the delivery of exceptional service. The role requires end-to-end ownership of key accounts, team leadership, and driving revenue growth through effective relationship management, operational execution, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Education & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in key account management within the logistics or supply chain industry
  • Proven track record of managing large enterprise clients and leading team

Functional Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, service delivery, and client lifecycle management
  • Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of analytics tools (VBA, SQL, R, Python) is a plus
