
Business Development Manager IT Staffing/Service

We are a US-based IT Staffing & Services company, expanding our business development team in India. We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven success in the US staffing industry to join our team. This role requires working US shift hours and driving new business through an aggressive hunter approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new client partnerships in the US IT staffing/services market.
- Leverage existing Tier 1 client relationships to generate business opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Collaborate with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets consistently.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in US IT Staffing/Services.
- Must have an established Tier 1 book of business.
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of bringing in new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Stable work history (no frequent job changes).
- Willingness to work US shift hours.
