We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Freelancer to support our staffing and recruitment business. The ideal candidate will leverage their network and sales expertise to identify new clients, build partnerships, and drive business growth. This is a freelance/commission-based role ideal for professionals who are self-driven and have experience in the HR, recruitment, or staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Generate client leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, hiring managers, and business leaders.
  • Understand client staffing needs and collaborate with the internal recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates.
  • Negotiate client contracts, fees, and terms of business.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools or reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and talent demands.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, online calls, and events.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the staffing or recruitment sector.
  • Strong understanding of staffing models (permanent, contract, temporary, or project-based hiring).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Established network of HR or hiring professionals is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Freelance / Commission-based (attractive commission on each closed deal).
  • Potential for long-term collaboration or full-time role based on performance.

Work Arrangement:

  • Remote / Flexible hours
  • Independent contractor/freelancer role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹656, ₹2,074,661.82 per year
