About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our recruitment & staffing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and align recruitment solutions accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, agreements, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Achieve business targets related to client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regular follow-ups with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in recruitment, staffing, or HR solutions).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client relationship management and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
