Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to be the first point of contact for our customers and candidates. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to create a welcoming experience while ensuring smooth coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome walk-in customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Understand and update all customer requirements in detail and maintain records in SFDC (CRM system).
  • Guide customers to the Closing Manager or the concerned department for further assistance.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth handling of clients and candidates.
  • Assist and guide candidates arriving for interviews, ensuring they are connected with the right person.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and create a positive first impression for the company.
  • Ensure the reception/guest area is welcoming and well-maintained at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing/guest relations roles (Real Estate experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasing personality and good dressing sense.
  • Proficient in MS Office & CRM systems (SFDC knowledge will be an advantage).
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and coordinate effectively with multiple departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
