
Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our restaurant operations. You will deliver a high-quality dining experience and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, optimize profits, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures.
- Manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff, ensuring proper training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Manage budgets, payroll, and cost controls to optimize profitability.
- Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to increase revenue.
- Maintain all records, including sales, staff performance, and daily reports.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to develop menus and specials.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and sanitation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in restaurant management software and MS Office.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹46,000.00 per month
