About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive who is highly skilled in Google Sheets, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), and process automation.The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, data-driven, and capable of managing daily reporting and client communication efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain and update dashboards on Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) for various departments and clients.
  • Build automations and formulas/macros in Google Sheets to simplify reporting workflows.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of MIS reports.
  • Automation & Process Optimization
  • Create automated reports and trackers using Apps Script, Sheet formulas, and third-party integrations (Zapier, Make, etc.).
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal data processes and implement automation solutions.
  • CRM & Client Management
  • Update and maintain client data across various CRMs (such as HubSpot, Zoho, or custom CRMs).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate client records and reporting.
  • Handle daily client communication related to reports, data clarifications, and performance summaries.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and client servicing teams for data-related tasks.
  • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in MIS, data reporting, or automation roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, query functions, Apps Script, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Data Studio / Looker Studio.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple reports and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Zapier / Make / Google Apps Script automation.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPL, conversion rates, etc.) for reporting purposes.
  • Prior experience in an agency or data-driven organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
