Job Title: E-commerce MIS Executive

Type: Full Time/ In- Office

Reports To: E-commerce Manager

Job Summary:

The E-commerce MIS Executive is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and maintaining data reports to support online business operations. The role ensures data accuracy, timely reporting, and actionable insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting Accuracy: Maintain 100% accuracy in daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Data Timeliness: Ensure all reports are delivered within defined timelines.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Track and analyze sales, inventory, and performance across e-commerce and quick e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart etc.).
  • Inventory Management: Track stock levels and ensure zero data mismatch across marketplaces.
  • Operational Efficiency: Support automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual reporting time.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing teams for data validation and reconciliation.
  • Insights & Analysis: Provide actionable insights from data trends to support business decisions

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in MIS or E-commerce operations.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivots, dashboards).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management.
