Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
11.11 eleven eleven clothing brand is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team in New Delhi.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and nurture strong relationships with our valued customers, providing one-on-one care and attention
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
Ensure a seamless customer journey from order placement to delivery, and beyond
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay customer insights and contribute to product and service enhancements
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention
Stay informed about our organic clothing products, materials and sustainability practices to provide accurate information to customers
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the retail or fashion industry
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
Passion for sustainable and organic products
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
