Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

11.11 eleven eleven clothing brand is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team in New Delhi.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

⁠ ⁠Build and nurture strong relationships with our valued customers, providing one-on-one care and attention

⁠ ⁠Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally

⁠ ⁠Ensure a seamless customer journey from order placement to delivery, and beyond

⁠ ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay customer insights and contribute to product and service enhancements

⁠ ⁠Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention

⁠ ⁠Stay informed about our organic clothing products, materials and sustainability practices to provide accurate information to customers

REQUIREMENTS:

⁠ ⁠Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the retail or fashion industry

⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach

⁠ ⁠Passion for sustainable and organic products

⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
