Key responsibilities:

• Assist the architectural and engineering teams in integrating facade design into overall project design.
• Coordinate facade design activities between HO, zonal facade teams, consultants, and vendors.
• Track facade design deliverables, submissions, and approvals using standardised trackers.
• Reviewing facade drawings, details, and material submissions for compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Maintain communication and follow-up with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely submission of shop drawings, material approvals, and mock-ups.
• Prepare facade design review notes, action trackers, and consolidated status reports.
• Support procurement in technical clarifications and vendor evaluations.
• Assist in organizing and documenting design review meetings, mock-up inspections, and factory visits.
• Provide guidance to zonal fa
  •ade design teams in line with corporate fa
  •ade design policy.
• Highlight design risks, conflicts, or delays to the reporting manager for resolution.

Who are we looking for?

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in facade design and coordination.

Critical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other facade design/review tools.
• Drawing and drafting skills.
• Strong coordination and documentation skills.
• Ability to assist in design review and highlight technical gaps.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-up.
• Team player with ability to support cross-functional collaboration
