**PRODUCTION INCHARGE - PUNE**

**Location: Koregaon-Bhima, Pune**

**Job Profile**:
1 Planning and organizing production schedules, Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines

2. Assessing project and resource requirements

3. Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met

4. Determining quality control standards

5. Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

6. Supervising and managing the work of junior staff

7. Organizing relevant training sessions.

8. Maintain & communicate - Report’s, Document’s Record’s

9. Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)

10. Ensure output meets quality standards

11. Deep knowledge of production management

12. Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations

13. Knowledge of performance evaluation

14. Experience in reporting on key production metrics

15. Proficient in MS Office and ERP software

16. Excellent organizational and leaderships skills

17. Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

18 Plan and coordinate the production process, including the scheduling of production runs and the allocation of resources

19 Ensure that production processes are safe, efficient, and comply with relevant regulations and standards

20 Monitor production performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to improve efficiency

21 Manage a team of production supervisors and employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their development and effective performance

22 Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and engineering, to ensure the timely availability of materials and equipment

23 Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that products meet customer requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
