Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PT Incharge, based in Pune. The PT Incharge will oversee the production processes and ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising teams, maintaining quality standards, ensuring timely completion of projects, and coordinating with various departments. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with safety protocols and optimizing production workflows to meet client specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management, workflow optimization, and team supervision
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and adherence to safety protocols
• Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and project management
• Technical expertise related to sheet metal manufacturing processes
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate across departments and ensure timely execution of tasks
• A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or production sector is an advantage
