**Position Title**: Store Incharge

**Job Summary**:
The Store Incharge is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient functioning and maximum customer satisfaction. They are tasked with managing inventory, supervising staff, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The Store Incharge must uphold company policies and procedures while driving sales and meeting targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
- Supervise store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
- Oversee merchandise displays and ensure they are visually appealing and effectively promote sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue generation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including stockrooms and back-office areas.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and marketing, to optimize store operations and promotions.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and productivity among staff.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
