Makuta Developers is looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented
Sales Manager
to lead and drive sales for our premium residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will bring 6–10 years of solid experience in real estate sales and a proven ability to manage teams, close high-value deals, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve project-wise sales targets.
  • Manage and guide the sales team to ensure consistent performance and productivity.
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities and channel partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and promotional campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the local real estate market and buyer behavior.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
