Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ranpur for a Plant Finance Controller at TEXSPIN BEARINGS. The Plant Finance Controller will manage financial statements, oversee fixed assets, and handle cost accounting. Responsibilities include performing detailed financial analyses, preparing budget reports, and supporting the plant management team with financial insights. The role requires a proactive approach to ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in preparing and managing Financial Statements and Fixed Assets
  • Proficiency in Cost Accounting and Finance management
  • Strong Analytical Skills for financial data interpretation
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA/CMA qualification is preferred
  • Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is a plus
