As the Finance Controller for GRE Renew Enertech Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring fiscal responsibility. **Functional Parameters**:

- **Financial Planning and Analysis**:
**Target**: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, providing accurate forecasts and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- **Budget Adherence**:
**Target**: Ensure adherence to the budget, achieving a 98% accuracy rate in expense management and cost control.
- **Cash Flow Management**:
**Target**: Implement effective cash flow management, maintaining a minimum buffer of 15% of monthly operational costs.
- **Return on Investment (ROI)**:
**Target**: Enhance ROI by 10% through rigorous evaluation of investment opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
- **Financial Reporting Accuracy**:

**Fundamental Parameters**:
