**Finance Controller KGJ**

**Description**

Overall responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Implement continuous financial audit and control systems to monitor the performance of the firm, its flow of funds, the adherence to the budget, the expenditures, the income and other budgetary items.
- Provide Timely and accurate presentation of financial statements and reports as required by all pertinent laws and regulations. Compliance with all reporting, accounting and audit requirements
- Income Tax matters, computation of advance tax/MAT, providing support to our tax consultant, Corporate/Parent Tax requirements & reporting, reply to Income Tax department notices & hearings & tax assessments
- Prepare and present an annual budget, other budgets, financial plans, business plans, feasibility studies, investment options and all other financial and business documents.
- Collaborate and coordinate the activities of outside suppliers of financial services hired or contracted by the firm, including accountants, auditors, financial consultants, banking system and other financial venues. Maintain a working relationship with the Treasury team and evaluate various modes of cost effective funding for the growth & development of the firm.
- Active involvement in all commercial negotiations with Vendors and Contractors. Lead positive process changes and continuous improvement in the way in which data is gathered and analyzed.
- Initiate and engage in all manner of activities, whether financial or other, conducive to the financial health, the growth prospects and the fulfillment of investment plan of the firm. Perform in accordance to the Textron Business Conduct Guidelines.
- Initiation and coordination of PIAP processes. Assure the correct measurement of PIAP actions. Responsible for the development and documentation of workflows in compliance with Textron policies and Sarbanes-Oxley (404). With materials management, lead in planning, executing and documenting physical inventories in compliance with standards.
- Legal & Secretarial matters of the organization including preparing of agreements and close working relation with the Legal firm. Sponsor for key IT initiatives such as Business Case for ERP Implementation.
- IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 System awareness, implementation and adherence

**Qualifications**

CA or equivalent degree above 12 years of accounting or finance experience
- Be familiar with SAP and proficient in MS office

Experience in the similar managerial position required.

Good communication / interpersonal skills and language fluency in English
