- 8-10 Years- Timings - 10 AM-7 PM- Location -Sindhu Bhavan Road- Salary 18-20 LPA.- As the Finance Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities,- ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to- support the company's growth and profitability objectives. You will lead a team of finance- professionals and collaborate with various departments to optimize financial processes and- drive business performance.- 1) Financial Planning and Analysis- Oversee all company accounts and investments
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term
- strategic planning- Analyze financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and
- opportunities.- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate financial- performance and recommendations.- 2) Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including income statements,
- balance sheets, and cash flow statements.- Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and
- accounting standards.- 3) Cost Management and Profitability Analysis- Review operating expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency
- improvements- Conduct profitability analysis by product, channel, and store to drive revenue growth and
- margin enhancement.- Collaborate with operational teams to develop pricing strategies and evaluate the financial
- impact of business initiatives.- 4) Team Leadership- Managing a team of 5-6 members.
