**About the Role: Finance Controller**

As the Finance Controller for GRE Renew Enertech Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring fiscal responsibility. Your responsibilities will include financial planning, analysis, and compliance, contributing to the continued success of a company at the forefront of the LED, solar, and power products industry. To provide clarity on expectations, we have outlined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tailored to the unique demands of our sector.

**Functional Parameters**:

- **Financial Planning and Analysis**:
**Target**: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, providing accurate forecasts and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- **Budget Adherence**:
**Target**: Ensure adherence to the budget, achieving a 98% accuracy rate in expense management and cost control.
- **Cash Flow Management**:
**Target**: Implement effective cash flow management, maintaining a minimum buffer of 15% of monthly operational costs.
- **Return on Investment (ROI)**:
**Target**: Enhance ROI by 10% through rigorous evaluation of investment opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
- **Financial Reporting Accuracy**:
**Target**: Maintain a 100% accuracy rate in financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Cost Reduction Strategies**:
**Target**: Develop and implement cost reduction strategies, aiming for a 12% reduction in overall operational costs.
- **Working Capital Optimization**:

**Fundamental Parameters**:
**Experience**:Minimum 6 -15 years of proven experience in listed companies.

**Qualification**: CA /CFA from recognised institution.

**Location**: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
