Hiring for Internal Finance Controller for Retail Jewellery Industry

Job Location - Ahmedabad

Experience - 8 Years after qualification

CTC- 25 LPA

Qualification
- 1. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.

2. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

3. Coordinate and complete annual audits

4. Provide recommendations Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.

5. Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.

6. Meet financial accounting objectives.

7. Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.

8. Finalization of Stock as per the Accounting Standard.

9. Oversees the Budget preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.

10. Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.

11. Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year.

12. Audits accounts to ensure compliances; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit.

13. Presents recommendations to management on short
- and long-term financial objectives and policies.

14. Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end-users and team members effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take ownership of Accounts & Finance related challenges.
- Prior exposure on any of the Global ERP such as SAP, Infor, Microsoft Dynamic, Oracle may add value on profile.
- Proficiency of MS office tool’
