Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales Relationship Manager. The primary responsibilities include managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and collaborating closely with teams across the organization. This role also involves building strong communication channels with clients, preparing financial reports related to sales, and acting as a key point of contact between the company and its clients. The Sales Relationship Manager will play an integral role in driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional relationship management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and building long-term client relationships.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge and understanding of Finance principles, practices, and data interpretation.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including strategic planning and achieving targets.
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented and client-focused environment.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills to address client concerns effectively.
- A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry is an advantage.
