About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and communication-driven Relationship Manager (RM) to join our growing real estate team. This role involves high-level client engagement, lead follow-ups, and relationship-building with HNI clients, investors, and key market stakeholders. No prior real estate experience is required—just strong communication skills and a people-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Outreach:
● Make 250 outbound calls per day to engage prospects, investors, and potential leads.
● Schedule and attend 15 meetings per month (virtual or in-person).
● Build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Business Development (Real Estate):
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities with HNIs, businessmen, investors,
and corporates.
● Build strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders across Delhi NCR.
● Collaborate with the BDE team for lead generation and follow-ups.
Sales & Strategy:
● Promote and present Goa real estate projects to prospective leads
● Manage and maintain the sales pipeline
● Provide tailored real estate solutions to HNI clients
● Support in achieving business objectives (no hard sales targets for calling outreach role)
Skills & Competencies:
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong relationship-building ability
● Confidence in meeting clients and handling professional conversations
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
● Any graduate—no sector preference
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹50,000.00 per month
