Job Description

Role Overview

The Sr. Presales Lead will play a pivotal role in driving strategic pursuits, developing innovative solutions, and shaping winning proposals across digital transformation and software modernization initiatives. The role requires a balance of technical depth, business understanding, and strong storytelling skills to articulate Innover's differentiated value to clients. The incumbent will also collaborate closely with the Digital Operations Solutions (DigiOps) practice to build integrated value propositions across technology and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end presales engagement for enterprise RFPs, proactive proposals, and client pitches.
  • Partner with sales, delivery, and practice leaders to develop client‑specific solutions aligning with business objectives and technology landscapes.
  • Translate client requirements into scalable solution architectures across application development, modernization, data, and digital operations.
  • Create high‑impact presentations, proposals, and solution documents showcasing Innover's thought leadership and value propositions.
  • Conduct due diligence, cost estimation, and effort modeling for solution components.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build reusable solution frameworks, case studies, and go‑to‑market assets.
  • Drive continuous improvement in proposal quality, turnaround time, and overall win ratio.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 12–15 years of experience in presales, solution design, or consulting within enterprise software or services organizations.
  • Strong understanding of application development lifecycles, digital transformation, cloud, and automation technologies.
  • Experience working with global clients across manufacturing, logistics, BFSI, or telecom sectors is preferred.
  • Proven record of managing complex RFPs, crafting solution narratives, and collaborating with delivery teams for feasibility validation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong storytelling and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to understand business problems and translate them into structured, technology‑enabled solutions.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • MBA in Marketing, Strategy, or IT Management (preferred but not mandatory).
