As a Senior SDR for the North American market, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales motions by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-potential prospects. This role requires a proactive, target-driven professional who can confidently connect with senior decision-makers across enterprise accounts.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound Prospecting: Reach out to prospects across North America through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest and initiate conversations.
  • Lead Qualification: Understand prospect pain points, buying intent, and decision-making processes to create qualified opportunities for the sales organization.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and regional developments to strengthen outreach strategies.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Update and maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and opportunities using tools like HubSpot.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and broader Sales teams to ensure smooth lead transitions and improved conversion rates.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of SDR experience targeting the North American market within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage enterprise-level stakeholders.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to understand prospect needs and tailor messaging accordingly.
