Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Operations, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Assistant Manager Operations will be responsible for managing daily operational activities, overseeing the performance of the contact center, ensuring process optimization, and maintaining quality standards. The role also involves coordinating with various teams, handling client interactions, implementing automation solutions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
