Assistant General Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary:

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Real Estate supports the General Manager in overseeing the planning, development, and management of real estate projects. This role involves assisting with property acquisitions, leasing, asset management, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulations. The AGM also helps coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and profitability of the real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of real estate projects and assets.
  • Support project planning, budgeting, and execution from acquisition to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants for timely delivery of projects.
  • Oversee leasing activities, tenant relations, and property management functions.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support investment decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and present reports on project progress, financial performance, and risks.
  • Support in the development and implementation of strategic plans for portfolio growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate development, property management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment analysis, and project management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
