Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and strategic Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead venue acquisition and ticketing aggregation across Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, and North India. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in onboarding cinemas, fixed venues, and event properties for e-ticketing and box office solutions and must bring a deep understanding of the regional entertainment and events landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Venue & Partner Acquisition:

  • Identify and onboard cinemas, event venues, and entertainment hubs for Q-Tickets e-ticketing services.
  • Drive partnerships across multiplexes, single screens, auditoriums, amusement parks, and live event venues.
  • Negotiate and close agreements on revenue sharing, integrations, and onboarding terms.

Ticketing Aggregation & Listing:

  • Oversee aggregation and listing of all ticketed offerings (movies, events, festivals, etc.) from signed partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure real-time sync, availability, and payment integration.
  • Ensure full lifecycle management for each partner — from onboarding to performance tracking.

Regional Business Development:

  • Create a strong network in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, and North India to penetrate local markets effectively.
  • Attend and engage in industry events, local meetups, and entertainment forums to expand reach.
  • Build strategic alliances with event promoters, production houses, and local ticketing agents.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management:

  • Maintain ongoing communication with partner venues for updates, feedback, and retention.
  • Resolve partner issues proactively, ensuring high partner satisfaction and operational excellence.'

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 8–12 years of experience in e-ticketing, cinema partnerships, event management, or digital entertainment business development.
  • Proven ability to acquire and manage 50+ venue partnerships,preferably across multiple regions.
  • Strong understanding of box office operations, digital ticketing platforms, and venue aggregations.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across North India.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, reporting systems, and ticketing backend dashboards.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience with companies online ticketing companies or cinemas
  • Knowledge of POS systems, API integrations for cinema software,or event management platforms.
  • Familiarity with regional languages and entertainment cultures in Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal.
