Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

This position is within the Manufacturing Division offers a dynamic opportunity to lead and manage various aspects of product development and operational excellence. The key responsibilities and deliverables for this role include:

  • Driving New Product Development initiatives to ensure timely and efficient product launches.
  • Implementing Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles to optimise product designs for manufacturability.
  • Overseeing Change Management activities to effectively transition projects and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Facilitating PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) to guarantee that the manufacturing process meets required specifications.
  • Coordinating Line Trials to validate the efficiency of new processes and technologies prior to full-scale production.
  • Championing Continuous Improvement initiatives across the team to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Managing Torquing guidelines and procedures to maintain high standards in assembly tasks.
  • Leading Digitization efforts to transform traditional processes into efficient digital workflows.
  • Implementing MOST (Maynard Operation Sequence Technique) for time study and analysis to improve work efficiency.
  • Executing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programmes to ensure optimal equipment effectiveness.
  • Driving Lean and Kaizen methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency within the team.
