About the Role
The Product and Relationship Manager serves as the primary link between the company and its clients, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and strategic alignment. This role combines product leadership with relationship management — requiring strong business acumen, strategic insight, and exceptional communication skills to foster long-term partnerships and deliver a market-leading product experience.
Key Responsibilities:
# Product responsibilities -
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscapes.
Translate business strategy into product strategy, features, and requirements.
Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver products on time and within budget.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including pricing and go-to-market strategies.
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding internally and externally.
# Cross-functional collaboration -
Align product, sales, and marketing efforts to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
Facilitate communication and create consensus between development teams, leadership, and external partners.
Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the organization.
Required skills and qualifications:
# Experience
: Proven experience in a customer-facing or client management role, or Customer Success Manager. Previous experience in product management is highly desirable. (Work Experience 4-7 Yrs)
# Education:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent professional certification is considered advantageous.
# Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
# Problem-solving
: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven and customer-first mind-set.
# Technical aptitude:
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft 365) and project management tools. A solid technical background is a plus, especially for technically complex products and integration with AI & LLM Model.
# Leadership:
Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
# Empathy:
A high degree of emotional intelligence and customer empathy to understand and address client needs.
