We are looking for a skilled Sr. Retention Marketer with expertise in Klaviyo and inbound email marketing to join our team at Catalys, playing a crucial role in driving customer retention and engagement through innovative marketing strategies.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance customer retention and conversion rates.
- Utilize data analytics tools like Klaviyo to create personalized marketing plans based on customer behavior and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Design and implement A/B testing experiments to optimize campaign performance and improve customer experience.
- Analyze campaign results and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retention marketing and inbound email marketing.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in retention marketing, preferably in the Advertising & Marketing - Other industry.
- Strong understanding of inbound email marketing principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Klaviyo.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data sets.
