Description :

The Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Consultant/Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes and customer engagement.

The role requires deep functional and technical expertise in Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, including hands-on configuration, customization, and integration.

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while adhering to best practices and ensuring system performance, reliability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Perform hands-on configuration and customization using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Configure and manage Omni-Channel, CTI integrations, and related communication workflows.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.

- Develop and maintain reusable components, technical documentation, and coding standards.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment across multiple environments.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and deliver within timelines.

- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.

- Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases and new capabilities to recommend relevant enhancements.

Requirements :

to 9 years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer or Consultant.

- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration and customization.

- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, and Flows.

- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and external system connectivity.

- Working knowledge of Omni-Channel setup, CTI integrations, and customer support workflows.

- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and version control systems.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Salesforce Certifications such as ADM201, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant are preferred.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
