We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager to spearhead the launch and growth of this new portfolio.

Role Profile & Opportunity

This is a junior-mid career managerial role where you will be instrumental in establishing our cables and wires presence in a large, designated territory (potentially multiple states/provinces).

  • Business Unit: Cables & Wires (Independent SBU)

  • Location: Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Panipat, Srinagar, Amritsar, Ludhiana, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Chandigarh Tricity, Kanpur, Lucknow, Varanasi, Agra, Dehradun, Rudrapur, Haridwar Travel: Frequent travel within the assigned zone/region is expected.

  • Employment Type: Full-time, on the Company rolls

  • Salary - UPTO LPA  + Travell Allowance

Core Purpose & Key Responsibilities

The primary goal of this role is to spearhead the growth of the company's cables and wires portfolio and establish a high-performing sales operation in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive Territory sales strategy, setting aggressive short and long-term targets for revenue, market share, and profitability.

  • Channel Management: Oversee and drive both B2C and Trade Sales, and manage the Distributor and Direct Dealership network to ensure strong, strategic market coverage.

  • Key Account Relationships: Identify, nurture, and expand relationships with key industrial customers, contractors, distributors, and utility companies, including negotiating high-value contracts.

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a sales team (representatives, channel managers, key account managers), setting clear expectations and driving accountability.

  • Financial & Operations: Oversee the Territory P&L, forecast sales, manage budgets, and utilize CRM tools and sales analytics for detailed performance reporting.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a result-oriented professional with deep industry knowledge and proven leadership skills.

CriterionRequirementExperienceMinimum 3-4 years in sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role within the cables, wires, or related electrical products industry.

QualificationMechanical or Electrical Engineer with an MBA/PGDM in Sales and Marketing/Business Management.

Critical SkillsProven expertise in building and scaling a strong dealer/distributor network, exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, and a strong focus on achieving aggressive sales KPIs and profitability goals.
