Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include identifying and nurturing business prospects, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored real estate solutions. The Senior Sales Executive will manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while maintaining performance targets and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in lead generation, client relationship management, and sales strategy development
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills applicable to real estate transactions
- Understanding of the real estate market, property trends, and business insights
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in the real estate industry, is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently
