Role Overview

The Executive / Sr. Executive – Pre Sales will act as a single point of contact for customers from the pre-sales stage until booking/registration. The role involves handling customer interactions, coordinating with internal sales teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication to support sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement & Coordination

    • Serve as the one-point contact for customers until booking/registration.

    • Call and convince prospective clients; schedule site visits in consultation with the sales team.

    • Handle customer queries, provide accurate information, send mailers, and maintain updated client databases.

  • Sales Support & Follow-ups

    • Coordinate with customers for registrations and fix appointments with the Sales Head.

    • Regular follow-up with customers and incoming leads to ensure timely closures.

    • Prepare and maintain reports on customer interactions and follow-ups.

  • Relationship Management

    • Influence sales growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing customer relationships.

    • Maintain complete records of customer communication and interactions.

    • Ensure adherence to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.

  • Team Collaboration

    • Coordinate with sales team members to ensure client requirements are addressed effectively.

    • Support smooth communication flow between customers and the sales team.

Key Skills Required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management

  • Ability to handle client queries effectively and convincingly

  • Good organizational and follow-up skills

  • Knowledge of MS Office / CRM software preferred

Experience
  • 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Pre-Sales, Customer Service, or Client Relationship Management, preferably in the real estate or sales-driven industry.
