Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals, with a focus on the architecture and interior design sectors.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance excellence.
  • Brand Management: Strengthen the company's brand identity and positioning in the architecture and interior design market.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of engaging content tailored to the target audience, including social media posts, blogs, email campaigns, and case studies.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Industry Expertise: Leverage knowledge of the architecture and interior design industry to identify trends, target markets, and unique selling propositions.
  • Partnership Development: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, influencers, and media outlets.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze ROI, and prepare reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Event Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of trade shows, networking events, and product launches to promote the brand.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising, ensuring campaigns align with business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Preferred: Experience in the architecture or interior design industry or familiarity with its dynamics and target audiences.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities to interpret data and inform decisions.
  • Knowledge of design and architecture trends is a plus.
