Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials. Manage and optimize online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and e-commerce channels. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to ensure effective allocation of marketing budgets and resources. Organize and participate in trade shows, events, and product launches to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging creativity and continuous learning. Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to meet their sales and marketing goals. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Leverage data to develop insights and refine sales and marketing approaches to stay ahead of market shifts. Identify and act on opportunities for product innovation or differentiation in the home decor industry. Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular sales and marketing performance reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and actionable insights. Monitor ROI of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
