eSec Security Consultants Pvt. What You'll Do

  • Support the
    end-to-end recruitment process
    : Assist in preparation of JD, sourcing profiles through various job portals, screen candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and provide support in payroll processing.
  • Assist in implementing policies, ensure employees understand the policy and comply with them.
  • Assist in
    employee engagement
    initiatives such as organising events, activities, team-building programs, and celebrations.
  • Assist in onboarding & induction of new employees.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development activities.
  • Coordinate with management and employees for smooth HR operations and compliance.
  • Contribute to general administrative matters in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Generate HR related reports as and when required (i.e. MIS)

Education & Eligibility

  • Qualification:
    BBA / MBA / PGDHR / PGDM in Human Resources
    .
  • Experience:
    Freshers can apply
    ; 0–2.5-year experience in HR preferred.
  • Salary Range:
    negotiable for the right candidate.
