About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven
Business Development Executive (BDE)
with experience in the
US Staffing industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with direct clients and MSP/VMS accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain business relationships with
    Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, and MSPs
    across the US market.
  • Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
  • Understand client requirements and work closely with the recruitment team to deliver qualified candidates.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close business deals effectively.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years
    of proven experience in
    Business Development / Account Management
    within
    US Staffing or IT Recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of
    US hiring processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorizations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in
    US time zones (EST/CST/PST).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other business development platforms.
