Head Chef / Kitchen Lead

What we're looking for: We don't need a chef with a fancy degree. We need a cook with calloused hands and a sharp mind. Someone who understands that every single rupee matters. We are looking for a general who can win the daily war of a kitchen. We need a boss, not a dreamer. You are the heart of the operation.

Your Job:

● The Food: You will be responsible for the recipes, the consistency, and the quality. You will make it the best in the city. Our signature dish will taste exactly the same, every single day, for every single customer. No exceptions

● The Kitchen: You will run the kitchen like a machine. No waste. No mess. You will track every ingredient, every gram. We don't throw away food. We don't over-order. Your job is to make a profit with every single plate.

● The Team: You will teach and lead your junior staff. They will look up to you for your skills and your discipline. You will be their mentor.

● The Grind: You will work fast and you will work hard. This isn't a place for excuses. We expect dedication and a brutal focus on the task at hand.

We are not looking for: An innovator or a culinary visionary. Someone who leaves a mess behind. Someone who doesn't understand the cost of a single potato. Salary: Market standard.
