We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should know how to cook Indian (both South and North Indian), Continental, and Chinese dishes. You will be responsible for preparing delicious food, managing the kitchen staff, and ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team.
- Prepare and cook dishes from Indian (South and North Indian), Continental, and Chinese cuisines.
- Plan menus and maintain food quality.
- Ensure cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen.
- Manage inventory and control food costs.
- Train and guide kitchen staff.
- Work closely with management and other staff.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Head Chef or senior cook.
- Knowledge of Indian, Continental, and Chinese cuisines.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene rules.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
