Job Overview

MSM Unify is seeking a detail-oriented MIS Government Portal Specialist with proven experience in managing state and central government skill development portals, alongside the Public Financial Management System (PFMS). The role ensures smooth operations, timely reporting, financial reconciliation, and efficient management information systems (MIS) across multiple skill development projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operations of state and central government skill development portals.
  • Ensure timely data uploads, beneficiary tracking, and compliance reporting.
  • Handle transactions and reporting on the PFMS portal, covering fund disbursement and reconciliation.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance MIS for multiple projects; generate dashboards, analytics, and periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project KPIs, identify variances, and support corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project teams for accurate and timely data inputs and coordinate with government authorities for compliance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline data management and reporting for accuracy and timeliness.

Eligibility & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 2–5 years' experience managing government skill development portals and PFMS.
  • Strong command of government reporting formats and financial reconciliation.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with MIS/data analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; high attention to detail.
