Role & responsibilities

  • To handle Government and PSU tenders for Seamless / ERW pipes from clients such as ONGC, IOCL, GAIL, BPCL, HPCL, and OIL.
  • Identify and submit tenders on PSU / Government e-procurement portals (CPPP, GeM, ONGC eTender, IOCL eProc, etc.).
  • Study tender specifications and prepare technical & commercial bids.
  • Coordinate internally with QA/QC, Production, Accounts, and Costing teams.
  • Handle vendor registrations, API documentation, and certifications.
  • Follow up with PSU clients for clarifications, negotiations, and order status.
  • Prepare MIS reports and monitor tender success ratio.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 4 years of experience in handling Government / PSU tenders, preferably in the steel or pipe manufacturing industry.
