About the Role

Britannica Overseas is looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive (MBA in Marketing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, building brand presence, driving lead generation, and supporting overall business growth through innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company services and brand.
  • Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Create engaging content for social media, digital platforms, and promotional materials.
  • Work with the sales team to generate quality leads and support conversions.
  • Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent communication across channels.
  • Track, measure, and report the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Support in organizing events, seminars, and promotional activities.

Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, social media platforms) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Basic Criteria

  • Full-time, on-site position in Gurugram.
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
