Job Summary:

Innovision Overseas is seeking an experienced Visa Processing Specialist to manage end-to-end visa applications for Middle Eastern countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visa documentation, compliance regulations, and coordination with embassies, consulates, and other relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Visa Processing: Handle complete visa applications for Middle Eastern countries, ensuring all documents are prepared and submitted correctly.
  • Documentation Management: Verify, compile, and organize all necessary documents, including passports, invitation letters, work permits, and supporting credentials.
  • Coordination with Authorities: Liaise with embassies, consulates, visa agencies, and government departments for approvals and compliance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on visa policies and ensure all applications meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Application Tracking & Issue Resolution: Monitor visa applications, track approvals, and address delays or rejections with appropriate solutions.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and external agencies to ensure smooth visa processing and timely approvals.
  • Policy Updates & Reporting: Keep management informed of policy changes, prepare reports on visa applications, and suggest process improvements.
  • Exit Permits & Travel Arrangements: Manage exit permits and coordinate travel arrangements post-visa approval.
  • Document Verification: Ensure authenticity and accuracy of candidate documents in compliance with labor laws and immigration regulations.
  • Use of Visa Tracking Tools: Utilize tracking software and other digital tools to streamline the visa processing workflow and minimize errors.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in visa processing for Middle Eastern countries.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong expertise in employment visas (work visas) for Gulf and European countries.
  • Emigrate Portal Knowledge: Familiarity with Emigrate portal and other visa processing platforms.
  • Regulatory Expertise: In-depth understanding of labor laws, immigration regulations, and visa documentation processes.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling visa documents and application submissions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot visa application issues and provide efficient solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, government officials, and stakeholders.
  • Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of tools or software used for tracking visa applications and improving processing efficiency.
