Profile Summary:

The Support & Solutions Specialist is a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role requires strong critical thinking and analytical skills to effectively troubleshoot issues, evaluate processes, and implement thoughtful solutions. The Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, managing, and supporting Encompass and other technologies used across the Residential Lending department, while collaborating cross-functionally to drive process improvements and deliver impactful results. We are ideally looking for immediate joiner for this profile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily technical and operational support to the Residential Lending department
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization
  • Design, build, document, implement, and maintain enhancements within (but not limited to) Encompass
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire setup and terminations
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks and projects as needed to support evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Encompass
  • General knowledge of the mortgage process
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Critical thinking, detail-oriented, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
