Urgent Hiring For tender Executive|| Location- Gurugram

Profile:- Tender Executive

Experience:- Min 1 Years

CTC:- Upto 6 LPA (Depend on the interview)

Location:- Gurgaon, Haryana

Key Responsibilities:

  1. GeM Portal Management:

  2. Regularly Search, identify, and shortlist relevant bids/tenders on the GeM portal.

  3. Coordinate with senior management regarding potential tenders
  4. Create and manage product/service listings and catalogues on GeM.
  5. Manage all communication with GeM authorities and clients through the portal.
  6. Share updates related to tender status, communications from buyers, and any GeM notifications with the concerned senior staff

  7. Track order status, contract generation, and post-bid activities (e.g., payment follow-up, performance reporting).

  8. E-Procurement Portal Operations:

  9. Regularly search and filter relevant tenders on various state and central government e-Procurement portals

  10. Identify tenders matching the company's business profile, products, or services
  11. Download tender documents and share key information (eligibility, scope of work, submission timelines) with senior team members.
  12. Coordinate with senior management or concerned departments for decision-making on tender participation.

  13. Track pre-bid meeting schedules and clarification deadlines and update seniors accordingly.

  14. Reporting & MIS:

  15. Maintain MIS reports for tender tracking, bid wins/losses, and status updates.

  16. Prepare regular reports for management review.

  17. Key Skills & Competencies:

  18. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF editing tools).

  19. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.

  20. Experience:

  21. 1–3 years
    of experience in
    GeM
    and
    e-Procurement tender handling
    .

  22. Experience in similar industries (e.g., trading, manufacturing, services) dealing with government clients is preferred.
